The scapegoat wears a kind face.

My brother found maggots in his instant oatmeal.
He never forgave Wilford for that.

Very interesting post. You have very valid points. Though as far as water, I hav eto say that I found that when I was overweight, I started flushing my system with about 2 gallons of water a day. I kept the same diet, except cutting out soda. Within weeks I was losing a lot of excess water weight and fat. Why? Because the body stores water then you do not drink enough, similar to how a camel does. When you drink more than enough, your body begins to expel the pollutants and excess water in your system. I then dropped 35 pounds in 4 months and required less sleep.

But, very true this post. People will believe anything just because it is publications or because someone told them it was true. I can tell someone that peanut butter causes cancer and they’d probably eat a lot less.
