Could a person shoot to kill any so called "agents" who perform these terrorist like acts? Could it be argued in court that it is legal to defend, with deadly force, against such an obviously terrorist action? The smashing of the store cases is a perfect example of vandalism and intentional abuse of authority. Does the constitution allow for killing the trash that perpetrated this crime? Why do the American people stand for this when we could band together and kill the people involved? Perhaps then the DEA would gain less recruits and the people would regain power as our founding fathers intended. Our politicians are not reps or the people and don't enact the laws we want. They enact the laws that lobbyist fat cats pay for and the people lose time and again. Make pot legal and move on with life US government, then you can go back to raping the American public as usual. I wonder if killing the DEA nazis involved would be a solution?

@Ben #166: Pot is not medicine. 99% of the people supporting the legalization of marijuana couldn’t care less about “medicine,” and actually care about “getting high.”

So what Ben? SO. FREAKING. WHAT?

In what way does it affect your life if I want to get stoned? What the hell difference does it make to you what substances I put into my body?

Do you honestly believe you know what is best for me, or should have any sort of authority over my body or mind? Fuck you, pal!

If I want to get stoned, SO WHAT? You do not own my body, and you have no authority over what I may or may not do with it.

"Drugs finance crime", you might say?

Only because stupid laws forbid you, I and anyone who wants to from growing their own, and thus create an immensely profitable black market.

Drug crime is created and facilitated by drug laws. It is entirely artificial and many times more damaging to society than any amount of adult recreational drug use could ever be.

Stronger strains of weed are also brought into wider circulation by the lack of the ability to grow our own. I and probably 95% of the people I know who smoke weed would be far happier smoking lower strength natural home grown, but as it's difficult to grow (because of arbitrary prohibition laws) our only available option for getting stoned at present is to buy what's being sold here: high strength skunk.

Legalise all drugs - especially the growing of weed - and you would see most drugs problems and especially drugs related crime disappear almost overnight. Those of us who wanted to get stoned (or take magic mushrooms or whatever) would continue to do it in private with friends, as WE ARE ALREADY DOING NOW.

You have already failed to stop us doing this, and the laws you support are not working - because they are illiberal and have no basis in rationality or reason.

I guess this is all a bit too sensible for fucking knee-jerking authoritarian jerkoffs like you though, isn't it?

Well, now I'm going to smoke a fat one, and there's NOTHING you can do to stop me, so just grow up, deal with it, and stop telling other adults how to live our lives. It's just a plant!

I'm just glad that the federal government has been so efficient in fighting crime that they've solved ALL the murders, ALL the rapes, ALL the burglaries, ALL of the other injustices in the world so that they have the time and budget to stop the AIDS and cancer patients from having a bit of a plant that makes life not suck so much for them.
